Frame Hotel - George Town

Our recent city trip was made more enjoyable thanks to the comfortable and spacious rooms. We were pleasantly surprised to find a wet and dry area in the bathroom, complete with hot showers that had great water pressure. The location was also a plus, with plenty of dining options nearby. We particularly enjoyed the convenience of the pick-up and drop-off point which made it easy to get around. Lastly, the friendly staff were available 24/7 and made check-in and check-out hassle-free.

We did experience some noise from the doors when people were leaving their rooms, so light sleepers be warned. We also wished that the air conditioning could have been colder, as it wasn't quite as chilly as we hoped despite setting it to the lowest temperature. despite these minor issues, we would still recommend staying at this hotel for its great amenities, friendly staff, and central location.

During my new year visit, I enjoyed the spacious and clean room with comfortable beds and a large bathroom with hot showers and adequate hangers. I appreciated the hotel's location, providing easy access to nearby local food options and transportation. the friendly 24-hour reception enhanced our sense of safety.

The noise level of doors banging when guests leave their rooms and limited TV channels were the drawbacks of this hotel. Nonetheless, overall, it was a good experience with excellent value for money.
